STANDARD SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
Johannesburg – O.R. Tambo International Airport
8-Day Safari Tour officially starts on a Wednesday at 10 am (Day 1 of Tour)
10-Day Signature Tour officially starts on a Monday at 10 am (Day 1 of Tour)
On Day 1 of the Tour, you will meet up at the info desk outside the international arrivals hall at 9:45 am for the 10 am shuttle. Please look for our guides holding a “Go Touch Down Travel & Tours” greeting signboard.
If your flight to South Africa arrives later than 8:30 am on Day 1 of the Tour and you miss the complimentary shuttle, you will be charged an additional fee for a non-standard private transfer. To avoid this extra cost, we advise you to speak to your travel advisor, who can assist you in booking a pre-night stay at one of the airport hotels.
Pre-night at any of the airport hotels at O.R. Tambo Airport – Our guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at 10 am on Day 1 of the Tour.
Cape Town International Airport
8-Day Cape Town Tour officially starts on a Wednesday (Day 1 of Tour)
Shuttle pickup times from Cape Town Airport – Arrivals
Wednesday (Flights arriving by 9 am) – Shuttle departs around 10 am.
Wednesday (Flights arriving by 3 pm) – Shuttle departs around 4 pm.
Pre-night at Hotel Verde – Our guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at 10 am on Day 1 of the Tour.
*Any arrival time outside of these flight times will require the purchase of a non-standard transfer.
