How long are the transfers between airports and resorts?

Here is a guide to help you estimate the length of time it will take when driving or flying within South Africa. For driving (van transfers) the time will be the same when you reverse “To” and “From”. The reverse time may vary by 5 – 10 minutes when flying. This guide is preceded by the days and times that you can expect our shuttles to operate.

Shuttle Pickup Times from Johannesburg Airport – Arrivals
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Flights arriving by 9:30 a.m.) – Shuttle departs around 11:00 a.m.
Monday, Tuesday (Flights arriving by 5:45 p.m.) – Shuttle departs around 7 p.m.

Seasons Resort Shuttle time to Johannesburg Airport – Flights to Victoria Falls or other early a.m. flights)
Wednesday 7 a.m.

Seasons Resort Shuttle time to Johannesburg Airport – All Evening Departures
Wednesday 2 p.m.
Note: Clients may use Seasons Resort facilities between checkout and shuttle departure time.

Cape Town

Shuttle Pickup times from Cape Town Airport – Arrivals
Wednesday (Flights arriving by 10 a.m.) – Shuttle departs around 12 p.m.
Wednesday (Flights arriving by 5 p.m.) – Shuttle departs around 6 p.m.

Inverness Apartments Shuttle time to Cape Town Airport – Departures
Wednesday (Flights departing on or after 8:30 a.m.) – Shuttle departs around 6:30 a.m.
Wednesday (Flights departing on or after 1:30 p.m.) – Shuttle departs around 11 a.m.
Wednesday (Flights departing on or after 6 p.m.) – Shuttle departs around 4 p.m.
