Marvel at plunging waterfalls and crashing rivers carving cauldrons, tunnels and pools out of the sandstone at Bourke’s Luck Potholes. Discover the Three Rondavels of the Drakensberg, while the largest green canyon and the third largest canyon in the world takes your breath away.

In the shadow of Thabayadiotso, ‘the Proud Mountain’, come face-to-face, with some of the 7000 wild animals that roam deep within the Songimvelo Game Reserve, part of the 170 000-hectare Songimvelo-Malolotja Transfrontier Conservation Area. A World Heritage Site, it’s 3 billion-year-old rock formations are decorated with ancient village ruins and some of Earth’s oldest Rock Art left behind by the first inhabitants of this, the largest volcanic complex of its kind in the world. Here, your nights under the Southern night sky, awash with glimmering constellations, will echo with the orchestra and chorus of the wild African night, while dawn and sunset introduce you to both the hesitant and the bold creatures of the African wildlife.

Among other ancient remains of a massive volcanic eruption, lies the Pilansberg National Park. Time spent here among the Big 5 is the perfect end to an otherworldly adventure.
